I just updated my personal blog with a new post about how outsourcing literally changed my life, and the way I do business. I talk about when it “clicked” for me, when I realized that my time was worth way more than the small fee I pay my outsourced staff.

I was in your shoes once as I struggled daily to get my work done in time to have a “life”. However in my industry of online marketing, there’s ALWAYS something that needs to get done. I never had a chance to flex my creativity because I was always playing “catch up” with myself.

I discovered HOW to outsource my business. Since then, I’ve never looked back and I am now able to get 3 times the work done. I make more money, and I hardly work…unless I’m on to a new project:-)
